WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Office Administrator is responsible for all Accounts Payable functions and office administration and support for HR, Operations and Finance.
The Office Administrator provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
In addition, the Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR, Operations and Finance Teams.
The Office Administrator will assist in planning & executing employee engagement activities.
Reports to:
HR ManagerAdministrator Responsibilities Administrative and office support for the HR, Operations and Finance Teams.
Assist in planning & executing employee engagement activities Prepare, attend & follow-up on monthly Activities Committee meetings Coordinate employee birthday & work anniversary celebrations Coordinate merchandise ordering for events and new hires Execute and analyze annual Engagement Survey Prepare monthly Power Point slides highlighting Engagement Activities Oversight of office supply ordering and monitoring company voicemail Performs other Engagement/Administrative duties as assigned Accounts PayableResponsibilities Timely and accurate processing of expenses/invoices to the correct accounts and cost centers Ensure appropriate three-way matching in the system, researching and resolving discrepancies Prepare accounts payable aging report for weekly check disbursements and review check run proposal with the Controller Perform vendor statement reconciliations and serve as subject matter expert for various accounts payable functions Respond to all vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; resolves invoice discrepancies Dedication to continuously improving the automation of the accounting and reporting process Assist accounting team on various projects and other general accounting and month-end close duties as assigned WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Associate degree in accounting or equivalent professional experience Work
Experience:
